Hello. Thank you so much for this info. I have a question can I keep the chlorine tablet at the same time I have my filter pump on? I usually turn on my pump at night for 8hrs but can I have the tablet at the same I have my pump on? Thanks!!

I ordered the pool on Wayfair came with hoses and NO PUMP. (Not included but hoses area?)smh. Ordered pump on Amazon and missing 1 1/4 clamps. SMFH!! Wtf!?!? But video made everything simple

I have the same pool and pump. What did you do about the other connection? The other B.? I have 1A AND 2B ports. My pump only came with two tubes. My I still have tubes and the T splitter from my bestway 300 pump.

Very helpful! Just picked up an Intex pool and wasn’t sure why the pump stopped working about 1.5 weeks. Cleaned the filter and it’s back up and running for my 4 year old! Appreciate the video!

Great vid my friend, one question though, by the time you setup the pool, do i have to let the water filter working 24/7?

What about the timer on the plug? Mine just runs 24 hours a day

Are there any other chemicals you recommend adding to the water? Or is what’s in this video fine? I see so many other videos of people adding stuff to raise or lower the ph levels and other chemicals. It’s mind numbing 🤯. My pool is a Bestway 15 foot by 42 inch. (I haven’t assembled it yet lol)

Typically one tablet is for 5,000 gallons, that water is going to be quite acidic after a little while lol. Stabilized chlorine tablets have cyanuric acid in them, excess amounts of this cause acidity.

Hi, thank you so much for this. I got the pump today and whilst i got it up and running this really helped me feel confident it was done right! One question. Do you leave the pump outside all the time and then simply plug in to an extension chord when you want to use it? I worry the plug will be outside in the rain and be dangerous when i plug in to use? But then I can’t exactly take it off to put inside while not in use?Or is that I should do?

From another dutch sailor, long shaft only way to go, with good dnghy. The long shaft inclined up has more traction , the short shaft inclined up no traction. Then as backup engine, mounted on yacht stern, only long shaft can work. From 8hp upwards sufficient power, the engine gets very heavy above 15hp
